If you have an item(s) you would like to return/ exchange please read the following instructions so we can resolve your order promptly.

We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase if the product you received is the incorrect size or damaged, please follow the instructions below, there is no need to contact us regarding straight forward size exchanges. We are not obliged to refund sale items due to some of these being discontinued; therefore store-credit may be issued… To exchange your item(s), please click the following link. (Form to fill out)

Please ensure you post the item(s) using a track able service. Exchanges are processed within 7 business days of us receiving them.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Products purchased from Forge.fit may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. We are able to refund you once we have received the returned item and it is in complete original condition, packaging and unworn. If a product in your order is out of stock, you will automatically be refunded for the purchase price of that item. You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns/exchanges. If you request an exchange, we will waive the Standard Shipping fee on your new order. If your item is defective, we will issue you a return prepaid label and waive the fee on the return shipping for the new item. All exchanges must be for products of equal or lesser value.  If requested items are of greater value than the original product(s) being exchanged, you will be issued a store credit.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If you believe you received a product that is defective, we would like to apologize.  Please submit an RMA request and attach a photo of the defective product. Once your RMA request is approved you will receive a prepaid shipping label so you can return the defective product and we can expedite a new one to you.

MIS-PACKED ORDER:  If you received a product that differs from what you ordered, we apologize.  Please submit an RMA request and include the details for the product you received instead (style name, color, size).  Once your RMA request is approved you will receive a prepaid shipping label so you can return the item you received. Once the package arrives at our warehouse, we will expedite the product you originally ordered.
